Follow the Seven Steps

If some of the words resonate with your soul, then it it time for you to follow the seven steps and heal, balance, and eliminate the stress from your life so you can be the change you wish to see in the world. These seven steps are the secret to living a full and balanced life, but it starts with you. At first following the seven steps feels like you are swimming against the current of a powerful river, because most of your past conditioning is pushing you  in the other direction. Following the steps is a question of developing your muscles, and the more you work the steps, the stronger you get. Today, start your exercise program gently, be kind with yourself, and take charge of your life.
